Anthony Afemike Ebigie is from okpella in estako east local government area of Edo state.
He is a journalist of over two decades of field experience in the broadcast space, within this period, Anthony Afemike Ebigie has held different positions in the newsroom at daar communications PLC, these positions include, producer Kakaaki, a news and current affairs programme, head, reportorial corps, shift leader, editorial desk, Lagos centre, daar communications.
He presently sits as senior correspondent covering the energy sector (oil and gas, power sector including the mining environment of the Nigeria economy), at Daar communications, owners of AIT, Raypower and Faaji FM’s.
Anthony Afemike Ebigie, is currently exploring the online space, as the CEO, www.energynewsstream.com, to deepen conversations around the global energy space, with particular emphasis on the energy sector in Nigeria.
The seasoned broadcast journalist , holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, from the prestigious, university of Ibadan, he also holds a Master of science degree, M.sc in political science, from same university, including a post graduate diploma in broadcast journalism, from the Nigerian institute of journalism, Lagos.
