The Special Adviser to the President on Power and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Power Sector Reset and Restoration, Mr. Rilwan Lanre Babalola, on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), where he was received by the Chairman of the Commission, Dr. Musiliu Oseni.
The visit provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss ongoing reforms in Nigeria’s electricity sector and strengthen collaboration towards achieving the Federal Government’s objectives of a more reliable, efficient, and financially sustainable power industry.
Emphasis was also placed on the importance of sustained collaboration and coordination to drive the successful implementation of the Power Sector Reset and Restoration Agenda, in line with the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
